Jackson's Boat sits on the banks of the River Bollin in Sale, tucked into a woodland setting beside the Bridgewater Canal. The 17th-century coaching inn operates as a gastropub with a large beer garden extending to the canal towpath. The interior includes a cosy snug bar and a main dining room with exposed beams.
